It's the beating of his hideous heart!

Typologue

For a project, I had to design words of a famous monologue based on how they were said, called a typologue. The monologue I chose was the ending of Tell Tale Heart where the narrator’s guilt gets to him, and he admits to his murder. As the words were screamed, the words become more sporadic, layered, and splattered, displaying his manic speech. It’s gets more and more intense until words become red and as he lifts the board revealing the body, with the paper become ripped with graphics of splinters and nails. The last panel shows big intense words coming from the darkness under the floor boards.
